Experience.  Innovation.  Access.

Our mission is to provide excellent legal services and to make legal resources available to all companies, even early-stage companies that are not well-resourced.  The firm offers traditional legal representation for those companies needing that level of service, and we provide guidance for clients and non-clients through group resources for companies who prefer to (or have to) negotiate their legal needs largely on their own.  Our goal is to work with companies within their constraints.

Access to legal services and knowledge helps companies do legal correctly from the beginning and to avoid costly mistakes.  We want every company to have the benefit of an experienced lawyer.
